Very nice, comfortable country house, in the resort, in a central, secluded position, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: garden 60 m2. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Public car park at 300 m. Grocers 100 m, shopping centre 7 km, restaurant 80 m, bar 20 m. Golf course 3 km. Access to the house to load/unload only. Parking costs approx £2.00 per day or £10 per week.Interior: "Torridge Cottage", 3-room terraced house, comfortable and nice furnishings: living room with 1 double sofa bed and TV. Kitchen (oven, micro wave, deep freezer) with dining table. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. Bath/WC. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. TV has access to Freeview Channels.
